Are you looking for a fitness challenge, or a fun way to get your family active? Take the Backyard Bootcamp challenge in support of children and adults living with cystic fibrosis (CF) in WA. You’ll receive weekly training videos designed by a professional personal trainer, and you’ll be making difference in the community while you’re at it!
Each week for 8 weeks you will receive an instructional video, designed by a professional personal trainer, with three fitness challenges to take on. These activities are designed to be completed in your own home or park, with no equipment required. There are low impact options available, so anyone can join in! The Backyard Boot camp begins Monday 19 April and finishes Sunday 20 June. Registrations will remain open for the duration of the challenge for latecomers.

3. We’ll send you your scorecard and challenge videos via email (and on the Facebook event) when the challenge begins
Fundraising is optional, but we encourage all participants to set up their own fundraising page and gather donations in support of their efforts. If you raise just $50 you’ll receive a bronze fundraising medal and if you raise more than that you could receive a Silver, Gold or Platinum medal instead!
