Lisa Bayakly
CEO
Lisa, formerly a Senior Partner at KPMG, joined CFWA on 1 February 2021. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Practicing Accountant. Lisa brings over 28 years of experience, working in or advising government, not for profit and health organisations on service delivery and business management.
Ric Reyerson
Finance & Administration Manager
Ric manages CFWA’s finances – including our grants and contracts – as well all our administration and compliance.
Sam Wallace
Services Manager/Physiotherapist
Sam is the manager of the Services team at CFWA. She is a physiotherapist with many years of experience working with children and adults with CF. She also coordinates our equipment program and provides a valuable link to the physiotherapists at the hospital.
Paula Wallace
Services Support Coordinator
Paula coordinates our community engagement events, financial support program and provides administration support to the services team. She also manages our team of Community Support Workers who provide in home support to individuals living with CF.
Michelle Buck
Education Coordinator
Michelle has experience in health promotions and education and manages our CF school and community and Chronic Wet Cough (CWC) education programs. She also coordinates our CF and CWC outreach visits to regional WA.
Jane Iorizzo
Community Educator
Jane has a background working with vulnerable groups and those experiencing complex and life limiting health needs. She delivers health messages and support on CF and Chronic Wet Cough around WA.
Victoria Glassey
Psychosocial Team Lead
Originally from the UK, Vic joined CFWA in June 2023 to lead our CFTR modulator project. As a social worker, Vic brings unique experience from an exciting career in the Royal Navy, where she spent 18 years supporting the most vulnerable members of the military community. She has a strong focus on individual care and family support and is passionate about improving the opportunities and experiences of individuals living with CF.
Mel Tibbitts
Occupational Therapist
Mel is a qualified Occupational Therapist with a special interest in supporting families, both parents and children, in their life roles. Mel can provide practical solutions and support to the difficulties that can arise in the family system. Working with parents, and children, to improve routines, behaviour management, emotional regulation, sleep and feeding habits and fine and gross motor deficits.
Felicity Creagh
Social Worker
Felicity is a qualified social worker and is available to support individuals, along with the whole family. Her experience has mainly involved working with children and families in the community and hospital-based settings. Felicity understands the impact of CF and strives to ensure that everyone feels connected and supported.
Jessica Hollinshead
Head of Fundraising
Jess manages the Fundraising team at Cystic Fibrosis WA. She has over 12 years of experience working in the not for profit sector and specialises in individual giving and corporate fundraising.
Rachael Clifton
Senior Events & Fundraising Coordinator
Rachael joins Cystic Fibrosis WA with seven years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, working in events and fundraising. She coordinates our 65 Roses Day and other major events and fundraising campaigns, and looks after our wonderful community fundraisers.
Nicole Posa
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Nicole facilitates the digital marketing and communications for the CFWA fundraising team. She is experienced in digital marketing and brings a fresh and exciting approach to all things digital.
Matthew Casey
Communications & Systems Manager
Matt coordinates the communications for the organisation including the website, newsletters and social media.
Gillian Hoyland
Health Promotions Officer
Gillian develops CF-related health resources and information for the CF community. She also works closely with the Services team to promote services, resources and events to the CF community.

Community Support Workers

We have a fabulous team of Community Support Workers who work across the metro area. They provide in home support to children and adults living with CF, including airway clearance, nebulisation and light exercise. For more information about the program, click here.
