At 8 years old, I was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Doctors told me my life would be limited, that sports might not be possible, and that I may not live past 19.
Fast forward to today — I’m 36 years old and doing what I love.
I’m a hockey umpire, a personal trainer, and now the proud owner of my own fitness apparel & supplement store. The gym became my physio, my therapy, and my outlet for stress. I learned early on to never give up on my dreams and to never let my health define or control my life.
