CFWA Giving Day – Over $70K Raised!
Thanks to amazing support from the CF community we raised over $70,000 raised in CFWA’s very first Giving Day
On Thursday 2 December, CFWA held our very first Giving day. With the help of our incredible community, we achieved our goal and much more! We’re pleased to announce our first Giving Day raised $72,033!
We asked our amazing community to help us by donating at CFWA’s first Giving Day; where every donation made was matched by some wonderful supporters including Calibre Robe Valley Sustaining Project.
The Giving Day started with a bang, and by 10:30am on the day we had reached our original $40,000 target. We set a bonus target of $60,000 but 12:30pm we had reached this bonus goal and raised it again to $70,000! Thank you to community members Philippa and Daniel Craigue, who reached out to us on the day to gift additional matched funds, helping us push our final goal to $70,000.
Without the generosity of our community, our first ever CFWA Giving Day would not have been possible or as successful as it was. We’re pleased to announce our first Giving Day raised $72,033 which will greatly benefit people living with cystic fibrosis in WA.
