Emmersyn and her brother both live with cystic fibrosis – and this year, she’s running 65km from the 1st to 22nd May, to raise awareness and funds for 65 Roses Day.
She’s combining a personal fitness goal with a message: living with CF takes daily dedication to stay out of hospital and stay well.
“I wanted to improve my personal fitness and health and help give people an insight to how much dedication it takes for people with health conditions to stay healthy and out of hospital. I’m also sharing information to spread awareness and wearing plenty of red!”
