Danny McNally and Mike Cahill of CrossFit SHP once again held a Murph Challenge fundraiser at their gym in Wangara. They upped the anti this year and had 37 participants take on the gruelling mental and physical challenge (run 1.6km, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, run another 1.6km, all while wearing a 10kg weight vest).
We’re so grateful for everyone who participated, spectated, purchased raffle tickets or donated prizes. We’d especially like to thank Danny and Mike for their hard work promoting and running this fundraiser.
They raised a whopping $15,785 on the day which will help us continue to support WA families when they need it most. Mike, who lives with CF, completed the Murph challenge (photo below). What a legend!
