Corporate Battle of the Bands
Six bands took to the stage at the Charles Hotel on Saturday night for a great cause; performing in front of a crowd of over 300 to win bragging rights and the coveted microphone trophy!
The Corporate Battle of the Bands is an annual event, where companies sponsor the musicians in their ranks to leave their office attire behind and don their Rock n Roll personas for the night; all in support of Cystic Fibrosis WA and Youth Focus.
The event is judged each year by a select panel, with an impressive trophy (not to mention bragging rights in the City) up for grabs.
Well done to Cove Legal for taking out the title and Chevron for winning the ’Popular Choice’ award. The event raised a $15,800 which will be evenly split between Cystic Fibrosis WA and Youth Focus.
