CF Young Adult Connect
CF Young Adult (CFYA) Connect is an online connection program for young people living with CF aged 17–25. Facilitated by our Services team, the sessions aim to build peer connection, reduce isolation, and strengthen community among young adults navigating this stage of life.
Participants engage in wellbeing and life-skills activities including yoga, creative workshops, mental health skill-building, transition into adult care education, and practical sessions focused on career pathways, employment, money management, and financial literacy.
