CF Young Adult Connect
CF Young Adult (CFYA) Connect is an online connection program for young people living with CF aged 18–25. Facilitated by our Services team, the sessions aim to build peer connection, reduce isolation, and strengthen community among young adults navigating this stage of life.
Participants engage in wellbeing and life-skills activities including yoga, creative workshops, mental health skill-building, transition education into adult care, and practical sessions focused on career pathways, employment, money management, and financial literacy.

Our first session is a 45-minute online yoga workshop hosted by a qualified physiotherapist, with options to suit all fitness levels.
