Caped Crusaders Conquer Cape to Cape

Caped Crusaders Conquer Cape to Cape

Never fear, the Cape Crusaders are here!

Old friends Rachael Hosking and Kathryn Knoll challenged themselves to walk the Cape to Cape Track in November 2019.

They walked the 130km stretch between the lighthouses of Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin in the south west of WA to raise money and awareness of CF, a cause that hits close to home for the cape crusaders. Rachael’s adult son lives with CF and Rachael is on the board of Cystic Fibrosis WA.

The trek took them seven days to complete and they raised an incredible $7,545 through donations from friends, family and colleagues on their online fundraising pages.

Thank you to the Cape Crusaders Rachael and Kathryn for their tremendous efforts and a special mention to everyone who supported them and their 65 Roses Challenge.

You can read about their efforts in an article posted by the Margaret River Mail.
