Ruairí’s School Supports 65 Roses Day

Even though things were different for rose sales this year, we still had lots of supporters raising awareness and funds through 65 Roses Challenges this May. John, Deirdre, Ruairí and Méabh decided to cycle 65km in May as a family and have raised over $4,730 across the month.

They also got their whole school involved with awareness raising on 65 Roses Day, Friday 22 May, by hosting CF Smart education sessions in their classrooms. The beautiful 65 Roses cups and handmade roses on the school fence set the tone for Gillian and Maggie to provide tailored education sessions classes ranging from pre-primary to year 6, educating over 180 students and teachers.

Thanks to the Murphy family and St Augustine’s Primary School for continuing to help raise much needed awareness and funds for children and adults living with CF in WA.
