Perth Children’s Hospital Surfing Program
Children aged 7-18 years who attend PCH for treatment are invited to take part in a research project “Family Surfing Activity for children and adolescents with chronic conditions: Effects on Health and Wellbeing”.
This study aims to find out if a family-based surfing intervention can improve the physical and mental health of young people with chronic conditions, including CF. This is an 8-week program with 1 hour lessons each week and includes parents and siblings who may want to join in (max 5 people).
