65 Roses Day 2023 — Thank You

We want to take a moment to thank and recognise everyone involved in 65 Roses Day 2023 proudly supported by Wafex. Marking the end of our May Awareness Month, this 65 Roses Day was our biggest and best yet. Funds raised from the event are still coming in and our team are busy counting your fresh rose and merchandise sales, virtual rose purchases and donations. Your involvement has helped us reach closer to our vision of lives unaffected by cystic fibrosis.

Our Community and Volunteers

First and foremost we wish to show appreciation to our incredible community. Each year, we are blown away by the support of our CF community, wider community and the local organisations that are ready and willing to lend a hand in any way possible.

Throughout the week, we welcomed hundreds of volunteers for the wrapping, selling and delivery of roses, and so much more. 65 Roses Day would not be possible without your involvement. Thank you for helping to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis in WA and paint the state with roses.

Major Partner — Wafex

Thank you to Wafex, our principal partner, for supporting the work we do for over 15 years. In this time, Wafex has sourced and supplied us with over 120,000 roses. Each year, it is all hands on deck and their wonderful team come together to ensure we have enough roses to sell in our community and arrange beautiful bouquets. 65 Roses Day would not be a success without their support.

Major Supporter — South Metropolitan TAFE

South Metropolitan TAFE have provided longstanding support to Cystic Fibrosis WA for 65 Roses Day. Thank you to lecturers Kylie-Anne Stokes and Luana Abbott, the Diploma of Events Management and Certificate III in Events students for assisting us with preparing roses as well as managing stall locations across Perth and metropolitan region.
